Best of the Springs 2021

Ever in Between – Best Play

We are thrilled to announce that our 2020 original play, Ever in Between, has won Gold in the Play category in The Gazette’s Best of the Springs! Ever in Between was written and directed by our two Executive Artistic Directors, Mikayla Taylor and Audrey McGee.

Ever in Between focused on 4 classic fairytales intersecting with each other: Snow White and the Seven Dwarves, Robin Hood, Hansel and Gretel, and Rumpelstiltskin.

The 16-person cast performed 8 shows last summer in our outdoor venue, hosting about 500 audience members in total.

Emily Strader (Em Hart) – Best Actress

Congrats as well to Emily Strader, the incredible young actress who brought Flo Dwarf to our stage in Ever in Between! Her charm and deft performance earned her Gold for the Actress category in the Best of the Springs.

Congrats, Emily! We hope to see you around in future performances!

A final congratulations to our other nominees: Our actors Danny Guzman (Robin Hood) and M. Lowell Haehn (Papa Dwarf) were nominated, as well as our actresses Claire Prestgard (Snow White), Katherine Larson (Evil Queen), and Shelby Evanoika (Mama Dwarf), for their outstanding performances in Ever in Between!
